A homework exercise, to show we could draw a narrative.
My tutor thought that my drawing style was too 'friendly' and asked me to draw something scary -- the opening scene from this book, I think. I drew a bunny afterwards to get it out of my system! The bear is on the Chelsea website, although I'm not sure it works as a thumbnail.
I think these were an attempt at pencil tone / making recognisable portraits. There'll always be an easel in Leicester Square waiting for me!
